Osita I. is a Full-stack Developer at Flipt since November 2021, where responsibilities include backend integration and front-end development for web and mobile applications. Prior to Flipt, Osita served as Human Resource Coordinator at Child & Family Support Services Inc. from June 2014 to November 2021, leading pandemic response initiatives for an essential agency and implementing a remote hiring process. Osita also held positions as Compliance Officer and Administrative Assistant within the same organization, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing marketing efforts through web development and graphic design. Additional experience includes participating in a rigorous Full Stack Web Development Fellowship at Pursuit and ongoing education in AI Engineering at Columbia Engineering Boot Camps and MIT Professional Education.
