Chong Yee Ying has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Chong started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Danone in 2015. Chong then worked as an Account Executive Intern at Epic Public Relations and as an Intern at Netccentric Ltd in 2016. In 2017, they served as a Graduate Intern at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Marketing Communications Executive at Raffles Hotel Singapore. In 2020, they joined Hashmeta | Digital Marketing Agency as a Digital Marketing Executive, and later became a Senior Digital Marketing Executive until 2021. In 2021, they joined Binance as a Content Marketing Specialist focused on NFT. Currently, they hold the role of Content Strategy Lead at Flipster since 2023.
Chong Yee Ying attended the National University of Singapore from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours (BSocSci (Hons)) degree in Communications and New Media. In 2016, they participated in the International Summer School at Hanyang University. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they completed their GCE A Levels at Victoria Junior College.
In addition to their formal education, Chong Yee Ying has obtained various certifications. Chong became certified in HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, Klaviyo Product, and Google Analytics from August 2020 to September 2021. Moreover, they acquired certifications in Content Marketing and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in December and November 2021, respectively.
