Ricky Lyman's work experience starts with their current position at LifeWork as a Men's Coach, where they provide transformational coaching for men seeking a fulfilled life in various aspects. Prior to that, they co-founded Ultra Labs in 2019, where they served as a Product & Marketing Strategist and Startup Advisor. Ricky also co-founded FlipRide in the same year and held the role of Chief Technical Officer.

Ricky Lyman attended the University of Idaho from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Multimedia with a focus on Graphic Design and Video Production.
