Victoria Collins is a seasoned educational leader currently serving as Principal at Cedar Hill ISD since July 2023. In addition to this role, Victoria has been a Summer Trainer for The Flippen Group since June 2020, facilitating leadership training programs focused on personal growth and team dynamics. Victoria's extensive experience in Grand Prairie ISD from August 2008 to August 2023 included positions as Dean of Instruction, Assistant Principal, TAP Master Teacher/Instructional Coach, and Science Teacher. Notable achievements include managing a campus master schedule for 1,100 students, coordinating district testing for 1,200 students, and enhancing Biology EOC scores. Victoria holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
