RM.Chidambaram, M.A.(PMIR)/EDP-HRM (XLRI)/SCP-(SHRM)/GPHR-(HRCI) has extensive work experience in Human Resources. RM.Chidambaram, began their career in 2002 as a Personnel Officer at Rajarathna Textiles. In 2003, they moved to TTK-LIG Ltd as a Personnel Assistant. In 2004, they joined LOYAL TEXTILE MILLS LTD as a Personnel Officer. In 2006, they were promoted to AM- Human Resources at Mahindra Group. In 2010, they became the HR Manager at V-Guard. In 2012, they were promoted to Head - HR & Administration at Chevron. Currently, they are the Director -Human Resources at Flipped.ai.

RM.Chidambaram holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bishop Heber College, Tiruchirappalli (1996-1999). RM.Chidambaram, then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from St. Joseph's University (1999-2001). In 2020-2021, they completed an Executive Development Programme in Human Resources Management at XLRI - VIL Programs. RM.Chidambaram, has also obtained several certifications, including Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from HRCI (2022), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM (2021), Certified Compensation and Benefits Manager (CCBM) from Middle Earth HR (2019), Certified HR Analytics & Metrics Professional (CHAMP) from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI) (2019), and Certification Course on POSH Act from the National Institute of Personnel Management - Alumnae and Alumni Network (2020). Additionally, they have completed Excel Statistics Essential Training 1 and 2 from LinkedIn in 2022 and 2023, respectively.
