Himanshu Agarwal is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in managing large teams and optimizing outbound processes. Currently serving as Operations Team Lead at Flipkart since June 2021, Himanshu oversees outbound operations involving a workforce of over 400 personnel, with a focus on process improvement. Previously, at Myntra, Himanshu managed marketplace RTV operations for over 983 sellers, leading a similar-sized team. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager at Coolwinks Technologies, where Himanshu achieved high dispatch rates and managed the complete outbound process, and Material Management Executive at Snapdeal, focusing on strategic sourcing and warehouse operations. Himanshu holds a PGDM in Marketing from Jaipuria Institute of Management.
