Chesha Nagpaul is an experienced professional in the e-commerce and marketing sectors, currently serving as Associate Director of Video Commerce at Flipkart since August 2018, after holding various senior management roles including Senior Manager in category marketing and merchandising. Prior to Flipkart, Chesha worked at Snapdeal from April 2013 to August 2018 as Senior Category Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included driving category performance and executing promotional marketing campaigns. Earlier career positions at Snapdeal involved managing planning and marketing for fashion categories as well as visual merchandising. Chesha began professional pursuits as a Franchise Development Manager at Re-feel Cartridge and Engineering Pvt Ltd. Chesha holds an MBA in International Business from Amity University and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the University of Delhi's Ramjas College.
