Nicholas Lee has a long and varied work experience, beginning with a Web Analyst role at IBM in 1997. In 2000, they moved to OnX Enterprise Solutions, where they worked as Manager of Web Development. Nicholas then joined Blast Radius in 2005, first as a Consultant of Business Systems Analysis, then as a Director of Business Systems Analysis in 2005. In 2003, they joined NJWL Inc. as Principal of Web Design & Development. Nicholas then moved to Better The World in 2008, where they were VP of Product Development. Finally, in 2013, they co-founded FlipGive, where they have been Chief Technology Officer and involved in the prototyping, product development, and growth of the FlipGive.com marketplace and B2B software platform for merchants and fundraising organizations. In 2022, they joined the Advisory Board of the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
Nicholas Lee attended Western University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BSc. Hon. in Computer Science with a Software Engineering Specialization.
