Jihan Arifia R. has been working in the tech industry since 2015. In 2015, they started as an Android Developer at Firzil Tech. In 2016, they moved to PT.Visionet Data Internasional as a Developer. Since 2021, they have been working as a Mobile Developer at Flip.

Jihan Arifia R. began their educational journey in 2004 at SDN Kepanjen 01. Jihan Arifia then moved on to SMPN 4 KEPANJEN from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they attended SMK telkom malang from 2013 to 2016, studying Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak. Most recently, they have been attending STIKI Malang from 2017 to 2021, and is pursuing a S.Kom degree in Teknologi Informasi.
