Vitalina Dryomova has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing. Vitalina started their career at EPAM Systems as a Software Testing Engineer in May 2018, where they performed functional testing of a web application and was responsible for writing and reviewing test documentation. Vitalina also served as a Point of Contact (POC) for demo presentations.

In February 2020, Vitalina became a Lead Software Testing Engineer, leading a sub-team of three QA professionals responsible for the work of seven developers. Vitalina distributed the workload among team members, reported weekly QA progress to the entire team, and managed overall status and risks.

In November 2020, they were promoted to the position of Software Testing Team Lead at EPAM Systems. In this role, they led a QA team consisting of three manual and three automated testers. Vitalina negotiated the QA scope with customers, distributed the workload among team members, and oversaw its execution.

In June 2021, Vitalina joined Rakuten Viber as a Software Testing Engineer. In this role, they primarily worked on a React Native project embedded into Android and iOS clients. Vitalina also performed QA activities for a dedicated web admin project and smaller web projects. From August 2022 to December 2022, they took on additional responsibilities as a Team Manager, involving communication with the product manager and ranking backlog tasks.

From 2007 to 2012, Vitalina Dryomova attended Belarusian State Economic University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
