Karol Wawrzeńczyk began their career in 2018 as a PLC programmer at Desitech. In 2019, they joined ANT Solutions as a Software Developer and was later promoted to Junior Software Developer. In 2022, they joined Flip as a Backend Developer.

Karol Wawrzeńczyk completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Automatics and Robotics from AGH University of Science and Technology in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Automatics and Robotics from the same university in 2019.
