Syifa Rahma Izzati is an experienced professional in case management and administrative support. Currently, Syifa serves as a Case Management Staff at Flip.id since November 2020. Prior to this role, Syifa worked as an Administrative Officer at the Korea Visa Application Center (KVAC) in Jakarta from March 2019 to November 2019. Syifa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, earned from Diponegoro University between 2014 and 2018.
