Andrew E. Smith, Ph.D., MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrew E. is currently the Managing Director (GM) for Flintec in the US, starting from May 2023. Prior to this, they founded their own consulting company, AErnest.Consultech, in September 2020, offering technical and scientific consulting services.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Andrew held a role as General Manager at Winchester Interconnect from July 2022 to June 2023.
