Jennifer Giddings Essenmacher is an experienced professional currently serving as a Docent and Access Coordinator at the Flint Institute of Arts since August 2022. Previously held roles include Volunteer Coordinator at the United Way of Genesee County and Program Coordinator at the Alzheimer's Association – Greater Michigan Chapter. Jennifer has a strong background in youth ministry, having worked as the Coordinator of Youth Ministry at the Church of the Holy Family, Director of Middle School and High School Youth Ministry at St. Stephen Catholic Church, and Coordinator of Youth Ministry at St. Paul Catholic Church. Early career experiences include roles at the Shiawassee Family YMCA and Bethany House Youth Retreat Center. Jennifer Giddings Essenmacher holds a BA in Community Leadership and Theology from Aquinas College and a Certificate in Youth Ministry from the Center for Ministry Development.
