Joel Ihrie currently serves as the General Manager of Quality at Flint & Walling since April 2020. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at C&A Tool Engineering, Inc. from January 2005 to April 2020, where Joel held various roles including Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Quality Technician, and CNC Mill Operator. Educational background includes studies at Purdue University from 2000 to 2003, and at Ivy Tech Community College from 2001 to 2008.
