Rathesh Kavanamani has a diverse work experience in the field of project coordination and management. Rathesh started their career as a Project Engineer at Kandla Energy and chemicals Ltd., where they were responsible for gathering project requirements, creating scopes, and providing productive inputs for managing project risks. Rathesh ensured compliance with specifications and optimized processes to maintain the distillation process.
Later, Rathesh worked at Remote Group LP as a Field Supervisor, where they organized safety meetings, bidding conferences, and maintained accurate data logs. This experience helped him develop strong written and communication skills, as well as attention to detail.

Rathesh Kavanamani, MASc, CAPM, CWB Level 1, obtained their Master of Applied Science degree in Oil and Gas Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Petroleum Engineering from UPES in 2013.
In addition to their education, Rathesh has acquired several certifications. Rathesh obtained their CWB Level 1 certification from the CWB Group in April 2023.
