Jacqueline Smith, RPR, has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Starting in 2012 at URS Flint, they worked as a Trades Onboarder and later as a Trades Recruiter, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Jacqueline conducted job postings, sourced and screened candidates, conducted interviews, checked references, and prepared offer letters. Jacqueline also performed market research and maintained the applicant database.

In subsequent roles, Jacqueline worked as a Recruiter at Conops Industrial Ltd. from 2014 to 2016 and at Tartan Industrial Services from 2017 to 2018. Jacqueline then joined Stuart Olson Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on craft positions, from 2019 to 2020.

Most recently, Jacqueline worked at Forge Performance Group Inc. as a Recruiter from 2020 to 2022. Jacqueline joined FLINT Corp. in 2021, initially as a Recruitment Specialist and was promoted to Senior Recruitment Specialist.

Jacqueline Smith, RPR pursued their education at the University of Calgary from 2006 to 2011. During this time, they obtained two Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees. The first degree was in Psychology, while the second degree was in Communication and Media Studies.
