Terrica Thornton is an accomplished Social Media Strategist and Business Consultant with extensive experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at LIL' MIRACLE'S IS BETTER THAN _________ FOOD TRUCK LLC since October 2016, Terrica is also the Agency Owner of Gifted’s Leisure Oasis and has held the position of Graduate Student Assistant at The University of Memphis - Department of Chemistry since February 2020. Additionally, Terrica serves as a Notary Public for the National Notary Association and has been a Promotions Specialist for Flinn Broadcasting Corporation since March 2014. As a co-founder and chef of Lil' Miracles Is Better Than ____ Foodtruck LLC, Terrica combines culinary skills with a strong commitment to social justice, reflected in the academic pursuit of a Master of Science in Leadership and Policy Studies, concentrating on Student Personnel at The University of Memphis, along with a previous Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration.
