Adam joined Flinders Port Holdings in 2012 as Company Secretary and General Counsel and leads the group’s legal and governance, communications, and administrative divisions. Adam also manages the processes for enterprise-level risk management across the group and provides company secretarial services to the Board.
A qualified lawyer with over 25 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, Adam has expertise in banking and financial services, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, corporate transactional work, and commercial contracts. Before joining Flinders Port Holdings he held senior roles at law firms and in-house, including General Manager Legal Risk and Compliance and Company Secretary at a funds management company.
Adam chairs the South Australian Council of the Governance Institute of Australia and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He is also a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
