Kasper Agg has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kasper began their career at Astellas Pharma, where they worked in a helpdesk role from 2006 to 2007. In 2009, they joined Wireless Circle as a Software Developer/Programmer, where they contributed to the development of an incident management tool and issue tracker. In 2010, Kasper interned at NewCompliance, where they worked on monitoring and analysis software development projects.

From 2005 to 2013, Kasper held multiple positions at Operator Groep Delft, including roles as a Software Developer, Lead Developer, and Application Manager at Medisch Centrum Alkmaar. During this time, they gained experience streamlining processes for application management and performing application management tasks using various software tools.
