Jill Dobias is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as District Manager at Flik Hospitality Group since November 2022 and has also held the position of Regional Manager at Compass Group since October 2019. Jill has a diverse background in food and beverage management, having worked as Director of Food and Beverage at both Compass Group and Charlie Palmer Group from January 2018 to January 2020. Previously, Jill was the General Manager at JEAN-GEÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×ES MANAGEMENT for a multi-outlet property and served as General Manager/Operating Partner at JAMD HOSPITALITY CORP from August 2008 to April 2017, overseeing a full-service chef-driven restaurant and catering operations. Early career experience includes the role of General Manager at Crispo and Banquet at Restaurant Associates. Jill holds a BFA from New York University, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
