Trey Dunlap has a diverse work experience in the field of media and technology. Conley “Trey” started their career as a Program Revisions Manager at FlightSafety International in April 2016. Conley “Trey” then moved on to become the Assistant Director of Standards for Media & Technology in April 2017. Currently, they are serving as the Product Lead for Graphics, Animation, and Video since August 2019.
In addition to their role at FlightSafety International, Trey has also worked as an Adjunct Design Instructor at Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD). In this position, they taught basic animation skills to entry-level design students and integrated industry software changes into the course curriculum. Conley “Trey” also taught 3D modeling and rendering and 3D animation online, as well as standard 3D animation techniques using Autodesk Maya.
Trey has also worked as an Adjunct Animation Instructor at Collin College. Here, they taught alternative and diverse 3D modeling methods using software such as Pixologic Zbrush, Autodesk Maya, 3D Studio Max, Mudbox, and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Before these roles, Trey worked as the Media Arts Program Coordinator at The Art Institute of Fort Worth. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating faculty schedules, planning the academic schedule, advising students, and serving as a liaison between faculty and administration. Conley “Trey” also trained and hired new and current faculty members, conducted faculty performance reviews, and taught in the Animation Program.
Overall, Trey Dunlap has a strong background in graphics, animation, and video production, with extensive experience in teaching and program coordination.
Conley "Trey" Dunlap has a Master's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the Savannah College of Art and Design, which they obtained from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they earned a Bachelor's degree in 3D Animation from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
