Brek Joos is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in eLearning and training development. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at FlightSafety International since October 2020, Brek previously held the position of eLearning Design and Development Manager at SkyWest Airlines, where leadership of a six-member instructional design team was a key responsibility. Brek's background includes roles at Teleperformance as a Trainer and Supervisor, where initiatives led to significant cost savings in training expenses. Earlier experience at Tera Manufacturing, Inc. involved managing marketing efforts, while work at I.E. Productions focused on client-driven project coordination. Brek holds a Certificate in Instructional Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Utah.
