Salomé Masset's work experience begins in 2013 as a Sales Hostess at Nestlé Nespresso SA, where they presented and advised customers on Nespresso products. In the same year, they worked as a Cashier at Carrefour for a short period of time.
In 2014, Salomé worked as an Aid Manager at Covéa for the summer season. Salomé continued in the same role in 2015 and 2016, assisting policyholders with vehicle breakdowns or accidents and organizing logistics according to their contracts.
In 2017, Salomé held multiple positions. At YMG (YAN Media Group), they worked as a Marketing Intern at the beginning of the year. Later, they joined CIS Law Firm as a Legal Intern, focusing on trademark registration, copyright certification, and reviewing contracts. Salomé then worked as a Legal Intern at SB Law, where they drafted and reviewed investment contracts, petitions for court, and conducted legal research on labor law and franchises in Vietnam.
In 2018, Salomé worked as a Legal Associate at YKVN, where they drafted and reviewed contracts, prepared executive summaries and memoranda on pharmaceutical regulations and cybersecurity laws in Vietnam, and drafted newsletters on new pharmaceutical regulations.
From 2018 onwards, Salomé joined Flightright, initially as a Customer Advocate. In this role, they reviewed and assessed cases as per EU Regulation 261/2004 and commissioned cases to contract lawyers. Salomé also supported the lawyers with these cases. Salomé then progressed to the position of Legal Expert, and eventually became a Senior Legal Expert in December 2022.

Salomé Masset has a strong educational background in law and political science. Salomé started their education in 2007 at Lycée Gabriel Guist'hau, where they obtained a Scientific Baccalauréat (equiv. A levels) in 2010. Salomé then enrolled at Nantes Université in 2011 and pursued a Licence (equiv. Bachelor's degree) in Law and political science, which they successfully completed in 2015.
In their pursuit of specialization, Salomé joined Uniwersytet Szczeciński in 2014 as part of the Erasmus+ Program. During this period, they focused on International and European law. Following this, they returned to France and continued their studies at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, where they completed the first year of their Master's degree in International and European law between 2015 and 2016.
