Stephen Carroll, PMP®, is an experienced project and operations manager with a comprehensive background in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Project Manager Delivery and Key Account Manager at Flightkeys GmbH since October 2019, Stephen oversees the implementation of the FK5D flight planning system for airline customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Prior experience includes roles at Qatar Airways, where Stephen managed flight operations projects, systems implementations, and fleet tracking, as well as serving as Operations Controller. Stephen's earlier career includes operational supervisory roles at Flyglobespan and Emerald Airways, and an operational officer position with Northern Executive Aviation Limited. Stephen's foundational experience began in the Royal Air Force, enhancing skills in administration and team management. Education includes City & Guilds qualifications in Catering, Food & Beverage Service & Communications.
