Jim Slepsky is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in technical warranty and procurement within the aviation industry. At Flight Options since March 2006, Jim has successfully launched a warranty database that has generated $1.3 million in savings. Previously, Jim served as a manager at US Airways, achieving approximately $72 million in warranty credits during two significant bankruptcies while overseeing warranties for a fleet of over 400 aircraft. Other roles include component technical engineer, maintenance control foreman, and mechanic, where Jim demonstrated strong analytical skills and effective cost negotiation abilities. Jim holds an Associate in Science degree in Applied Electronic Technology from the Community College of Allegheny County and an Associate in Specialized Technology degree with an Aircraft & Power-plant License from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
