Mathew Fernandez is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Flight Club Life since June 2019, Mathew is dedicated to making aviation more affordable and accessible. Alongside this role, Mathew has been a Glider Pilot Instructor with the Canadian Forces since 2012, where responsibilities include training air cadets and preparing them for licensing. Mathew's background also includes significant management experience at ParaMed Home Health Care, overseeing operations and a multi-million dollar budget while leading over 450 healthcare professionals. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include founding SMRT TEC and serving as an entrepreneur at Shop From Home. Mathew holds an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Business, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and English from King's University College.
