Michael Roque serves as the National Sales Director for Canada at Flight Centre Travel Group since May 2023, focusing on team empowerment, growth, and strategic partnerships within the travel industry. With over 20 years of experience, Michael held significant leadership roles, including General Manager and Country Manager for Accor, where responsibilities included overseeing concierge services for high net worth clients. Prior to that, Michael was Vice President and General Manager at Sell To Please Inc, managing P&L for Canadian operations and enhancing operational performance through global partnerships. Earlier experience includes Director of Sales at Continental Airlines and Sales Manager for American Airlines, focusing on revenue development and sales process improvement. Michael holds a degree in Information Technology from Sheridan College and completed the Microsoft Professional Program in Data Science.
