Currently serving as the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of Global People at The Knot Worldwide since 2019, Emily Markmann oversees global human capital strategies for a workforce of nearly 1,800 employees. Additional roles include advisory positions at flexy.ai and happyly, as well as previous positions at WeddingWire and Clarabridge, where Emily Markmann led innovative talent acquisition and management initiatives. With a strong educational background including a Master’s degree in Counseling & Development from George Mason University, Emily Markmann has consistently driven strategic HR initiatives and operational efficiencies throughout a career spanning over two decades.
