Darcy Mackay is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources, business operations, and advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Rippling since August 2023, Darcy leads the People, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace teams while providing HR consulting to a global clientele. As an Advisory Board Member at flexy.ai, Darcy focuses on optimizing the hybrid workplace through innovative technology. In addition, Darcy holds a position as Commissioner in the Leadership Circle for the Alliance to Save Energy, advocating for energy efficiency solutions.
