Roger Owen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Roger currently holds the role of Chief Growth Officer at Flexsys, where they are responsible for overseeing growth initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Business Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at Flexsys. Additionally, Roger has worked as an Advisor at One Rock Capital Partners, LLC and Aceto B.V., where they provided strategic guidance. Roger also held senior positions at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, including Vice President of Strategy and Vice President of Commercial Operations. Earlier in their career, Roger worked at Novus International, Inc. as the Director of Strategic Alliances. Roger began their career at Eastman Chemical Company, where they held various roles such as Business Unit Director, Director of Operations, Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Project Engineer.

Roger Owen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester from 1989 to 1992.
