Khanh Dao has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Student Services Assistant at Diablo Valley College in 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at SugarCRM, and also as a Research Assistant at UC Berkeley, working on data analytics. In 2013, they worked as a Carpenter at Truong Thang Co. Ltd. In 2014, they were a Contributor at Cinchapi and a Software Engineer at Axon Active Vietnam. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer at SalesHood. Finally, since 2020, they have been a Software Engineer at Flexspace. Additionally, at WeTrust Platform from 2017 to 2020, they were a Software Engineer, helping to build decentralized financial products to better the lives of the under-privileged and assembling an engineering team in HCMC, Vietnam.

Khanh Dao completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2013.
