Hayley Boynton has had a variety of work experiences since 2015. Hayley began their career as a Customer Service Associate at Sydney's Quinceanera and Bridal, followed by a role as a Mastery Level III Mentor at PACE MAC. In 2016, they were an Engineering Intern at NEIL ENGINEERING, INC., and also served as President of Lambda Xi Delta Sorority. In 2018, they were an Intern at Total Performance Consulting, an External Graph Theory NSF REU at Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Graph Theory REU at Texas State University. Hayley also served as Treasurer of the Society of Women Engineers in 2018. In 2019, they were an Engineering Intern at Alan Plummer Associates, Inc. and is currently an Embedded Software Engineer at FlexRadio Systems.

Hayley Boynton attended Texas State University from 2014 to 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics.
