Grafton Flock has a diverse background in logistics, customer service, and public relations. Since April 2022, Grafton has served as an Inbound SDR at Flexport, following a role as a Logistics Coordinator at Scott Logistics Corp. from November 2021 to April 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Life Event Specialist and Short Term Disability Specialist at Unum from May 2018 to January 2022, and as a Sponsorship and Sales Intern for the Kentucky Derby Festival, where Grafton secured sponsors and developed strategies to engage millennials. Grafton's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Photography from Bellarmine University, where Grafton also worked as a photographer for public relations. Additional customer service experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Lake Forest Country Club and a Server at O'Charley's.
