Mark Barham currently serves as the Chief Administrative and Chief Compliance Officer at Flexpoint Ford, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Mark was Finance Director for Private Equity & Real Estate at Allstate from September 2014 to December 2019, where leadership was provided for the middle and back office operations of an $8 billion portfolio. Mark's extensive experience includes over 12 years at PwC, where roles ranged from Director of Transaction Services, focusing on due diligence for private equity and corporate clients, to Manager and Assistant Manager in Transaction Services and Audit. Starting their career as a Senior Accountant at Barber Harrison & Platt, Mark has built a solid foundation in financial and operational oversight. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAEW, and a BA in Economics and Business Studies from The University of Sheffield.
