Alexandra Hindley is a Senior Software Engineer at FlexMR since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Previously, as Director of Feature Engineering at Bandcamp from July 2014 to November 2022, Alexandra led the feature engineering team and improved collaboration across departments to enhance product development for artists and fans, while managing Engineering Managers and overseeing hiring and onboarding processes. Alexandra has held software development roles at Shop Direct and Trader Media Group, and began their career as a Document Controller at Kier Group. Alexandra holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool, a BSc in Psychology-Philosophy from the University of Leeds, and has completed additional training in media at BBC Expert Women.
