Olli-Pekka Holamo is an experienced professional in sales and project management, currently serving as Sales Director and previously as Sales Manager at Flexmill since February 2019, focusing on solutions for complex surface finishing in various industries. Prior roles include Manager of Customized Solutions and Product Manager at Kemppi Oy, where leadership of cross-functional teams and product strategy development were key responsibilities. Holamo has also held positions as Application Manager at Pemamek Oy, Research Manager and Project Manager at Rautaruukki Oyj, and Project Manager at SCHOTT AG, with a strong background in production automation, investment project analysis, and product management across multiple sectors.
