Lalit Trivedi has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology and Information Security. Lalit is currently working as the Head of Information Security (Global) at FlexM since October 2023. Before that, they served as the Head IT & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at ITI Mutual Fund from September 2020 to July 2023.

Prior to their role at ITI Mutual Fund, Lalit worked as the Group Head IT (CTO, CISO) at AdvanceOne UGANDA (Madhvani Group) from July 2016 to March 2020. Lalit also held the position of Lead Implementation Data Analytics (Head Asset Management) at Pragmatix Services from May 2015 to May 2016.

Lalit has also worked as a Technical Consultant, v-CTO, v_CISO at Self Employed from May 2010 to April 2015. Before that, they served as the Head of IT (Head IT & CISO) at DBS Chola Mandalam Asset Management from November 2007 to April 2010.

Furthermore, Lalit has experience as a Manager IT at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd from October 2002 to October 2007, and at Dynamic Interfaces & Technologies from January 1997 to September 2002.

Overall, Lalit Trivedi has held various leadership roles in IT and Information Security throughout their career.

Lalit Trivedi completed their bachelor's degree in Information Technology (B.Tech IT) with Distinction from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University in Kanpur from 1991 to 1995. Lalit later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 2002 to 2004. In addition, Lalit Trivedi has obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in 2022 and various awards and certificates related to technology and leadership. Lalit Trivedi also holds certifications in Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse, Database Administration, GNIIT, and IT Project Management.
