Katja Balažic is a skilled onboarding and support specialist currently working at Flexkeeping since March 2023. Previously, Katja served as an implementation specialist at Lightspeed Commerce from December 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included coaching clients through the onboarding process and hosting training webinars. With a strong background in project management and client relations, Katja also held the position of implementation manager at Mews Systems from November 2018 to August 2020, effectively onboarding large enterprises and improving implementation methodologies.
