Maxime Martinez has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Maxime is currently working as the Director of Sales, Europe at Flexjet since 2022. Prior to this, they were an Authorized Sales Representative for France and Africa at Honda Aircraft Company from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2022, Maxime held various positions at Elit'Avia, including Director of Aircraft & Management Sales and Head of Key Accounts (EMEA/CIS). Maxime also worked as a Key Account Manager for EMEA during this time. Before that, Maxime worked as a Sales Executive at Qatar Executive - Qatar Airways' Private Jet Division from 2014 to 2016. Maxime gained experience in marketing and international business development at Dassault Falcon Jet from 2013 to 2014. Maxime started their career as a Process and Quality Management Engineer at Sagem DS in 2012 and had a brief stint as an IT Project & Logistics professional at Solvay in 2009.

Maxime Martinez holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from IPSA (Institut Polythechnique des Sciences Avancées) in 2011. Maxime then pursued a Master's degree in Energetics, propulsion, and innovative engines from IPSA, école d'ingénieurs de l'air et de l'espace in 2011-2012. Maxime furthered their education with a Master's degree in Economics, Logistics, and Corporate Management from IPSA in 2012-2013. In 2018, they attended the UK School - Corporate Jet Investor for a course in Corporate Jet Finance. Maxime completed a Private Equity and Venture Capital Course Certificate at Università Bocconi in 2020.
