Weihua Chen has worked in Sales Manager roles since 2004, starting at BYD and then moving to Wuhan HGLaser Engineering Co Ltd in 2015. In 2018, they joined KUKA as a Sales Manager and then in 2020 they were promoted to Senior Manager at Flexiv Ltd., a global leading general-purpose robotics company.

Weihua Chen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Xidian University between 2000 and 2004. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's Degree in MBA from Sichuan University between 2009 and 2011.
