Dan Sanghera has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Dan started their career at TD as a Reconciliation Officer in Customer Service from 1986 to 1988. Dan then moved to Scotiabank and worked in Customer Service from 1989 to 1992. Following that, Dan joined Household Finance as a Manager in the Bad Debt Recoveries Unit from 1992 to 2000. Before joining their current role as the Director of Collection Operations - Risk at Flexiti in 2021, Dan was a Senior Manager of Default Recovery at Home Trust Company from 2020 to 2021.
