Andy Williams FCIPD is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. At Flexera, Andy serves as Human Resources Director and previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner for the EMEA region. Prior to that, at WEX Europe Services Limited, Andy was Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner for Europe. Andy's career also includes significant roles at Amec Foster Wheeler as Compensation & Benefits Lead and HR Business Partner, where contributions were made in the Clean Energy and Oil and Gas sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Advisor at Seajacks Crewing Services and as Engineer Document Controller at E-Tech Group Ltd.
