Gary Bernat, MBA, has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and operations. Starting in 2008 at Staples, they worked as a Senior Transportation Analyst, managing carrier operations and implementing cost-saving projects. Gary then joined Lowe's Home Improvement in 2012 as a Senior Parcel/Direct to Customer Transportation Analyst, where they optimized the parcel program and supported carrier relationships. In 2015, they moved to Belk as the Manager of Supply Chain - Parcel, overseeing transportation budget, carrier management, and logistics planning. Gary joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. in 2017 as the Parcel Network Optimization Manager, responsible for developing a strategic parcel fulfillment network and expanding online SKU offerings. In 2020, they took on the role of Director of Supply Chain e-Commerce Optimization, leading projects and initiatives to optimize E-commerce fulfillment and improve customer experience. Currently, they are working at Flexe as the Director of Strategic Accounts.

Gary Bernat holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Carolina, which they obtained from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree at Saint Anselm College from 2004 to 2008.
