Dottie Weaks has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dottie started their career at Think Threads in 2015 as an Account and Purchasing Manager, where they identified new customers, managed account needs, and implemented marketing strategies. In 2017, they joined FedEx as a Sr Account Executive, handling business sales inside. Dottie then moved to FedEx Services in 2019 and worked as a Market Development Account Executive until 2020. At FedEx Express, Dottie served as a Sr. Account Executive for FedEx Cross Border from 2020 to 2021. Dottie continued their career at FedEx Services as a Worldwide Account Manager for FedEx International Connect from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Dottie holds the position of Key Account Manager at Flexe since 2022 and is now the Director of Business Development.

Dottie Weaks completed a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from The University of Memphis in 2009. Dottie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Leadership at Union University, graduating in 2020.
