Olav Schroeder is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in cloud account management, business development, and program management, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Cloud Account Management at Flex since January 2006. In this role, Olav leads a global team responsible for strategic cloud accounts, driving P&L for major clients. Previous positions at Flex include Vice President of Business Development for Integrated Networks Solutions and various leadership roles in global account and program management, where substantial revenue growth and operational efficiencies were achieved. Prior experience includes senior product management roles in GSM phone development at Siemens and engineering positions at Nokia. Olav holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University Duisburg-Essen.
