Miklos Mate is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing and automotive industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Operations EMEA at Flex since August 2017, Miklos has a strong background that includes a previous role as Vice President of Operations for Ukraine at the same company. Prior to rejoining Flex, Miklos held the position of Plant Manager/Managing Director at Dana Incorporated, focusing on business and plant management for DANA Power Technologies, and contributed to advancements in automotive technology. Miklos began career at Flex in 2011, successfully managing the start-up of a new greenfield site in Ukraine and optimizing operations in Hungary. Previous roles at Elcoteq included Operations Director and Program Director, where responsibilities encompassed full plant operations and significant cost improvement initiatives. Early career experience includes a position as Customer Service Team Lead at ARH Inc. Miklos holds a Master's Degree in Operations Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Pécs.
