Hector Cardona possesses extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Operations at Flex since May 2017. Previously, Hector held roles such as Operations Engineering Manager and Project Lead, overseeing engineering teams and managing multiple projects to ensure customer goals were met while controlling budgets. Prior positions include Engineering Supervisor at Jabil, where Hector was responsible for various automotive projects and process controls, and Process Engineer roles at Flextronics, Hewlett-Packard Financial Services, Sanmina, and Solectron, focusing on process improvement, quality management, and production efficiency. Hector holds a Master's degree in Management from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara.
