Edwin Raphael has over 15 years of experience in operations and engineering roles, currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Flex since January 2012. In this role, Edwin organizes and directs program schedules and budgets while tracking metrics to drive action items for improvement. Previous positions include Assistant Manager and Team Leader, where responsibilities involved report preparation, quality management, team coordination, and client communication. Before joining Flex, Edwin held positions as a BOM Engineer at Kohinoor Printers Pvt. Limited and as a Technical Support Executive at PMSS, with early experience as an S.M.T Operator at AUROTRONICS PVT LTD. Edwin holds a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MIET Polytechnic.
