Shawn Fetz is an experienced quality engineer with a diverse background in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving at Vonco Products, LLC since February 2023, Shawn previously held multiple roles at Genesis Plastics Welding, including Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor, and Product Development Engineer, from September 2018 to February 2023. Other experiences include serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Tridien Medical, a Quality Engineer at CRI, and roles in manufacturing engineering and production management at Heartland Automotive and Nidec Sankyo America. With a foundational degree in Manufacturing Technology from Purdue University, Shawn has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, continuous improvement, and management within various sectors, including medical devices and automotive manufacturing.
